This is not a traditional accounting role. It’s designed for someone who can move beyond reporting, engage with stakeholders, and actively contribute to business decisions. You’ll work closely with franchise and operational teams, translating financial data into meaningful insights that improve profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering commercial financial analysis to support business performance
• Interpreting results and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Supporting business valuations and financial modelling
• Engaging with franchise stakeholders to drive performance discussions
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Building and presenting financial reports that tell a clear business story

• BCom Accounting / Finance
• Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles
• 2–3 years’ post-articles experience
• Professional designation advantageous, AGA(SA), PA(SA), ACMA, etc.)
• Strong experience in financial analysis (not just reporting)
• Exposure to business valuations or financial modelling beneficial
• Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability

• Confidence to engage with stakeholders and franchise partners
• Ability to move from data to decision-making
• Strong communication and presentation skills
