SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Financial Accountant to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team based in Bryanston. This position is ideal for a recently qualified finance professional or Article Clerk looking to build their career within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

BCom Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1 year's relevant accounting experience, or completion of Articles
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans preferred)
Strong understanding of management accounts
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Exposure to payroll processes will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Processing accounting journals and reconciliations
General ledger maintenance
Assisting with month-end procedures
Financial reporting and analysis
Supporting payroll administration where required
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures
