SUMMARY:

Our client, a reputable machinery manufacturer and supplier based in Kempton Park, is seeking a dynamic Junior Financial Manager to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with completed SAICA/SAIPA articles and postâarticles experience, looking to step confidently into a leadership position. You’ll work closely with senior finance stakeholders and lead an experienced team — so a strong, assertive personality is essential.

POSITION INFO:

ð¢ Junior Financial Manager — Kempton Park (Machinery Manufacturing & Supply)
Permanent & On-site
R 550 000 – R 600 000 per annum & Excellent Bonus & Benefits

ð Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily finance operations within a busy manufacturing environment
Lead, guide, and support a senior-level finance team
Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
Support the FM/FD with strategic decision-making
Drive process improvement and reporting optimisation
Liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders

ð Requirements:

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)
Postâarticles experience (advantageous)
Strong technical accounting ability
Manufacturing industry exposure beneficial
Proficiency in accounting systems & Excel
High attention to detail, analytical mindset
