Junior Field Service Technician

Qualification
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be advantageous
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Basic technical experience with an electrical and or mechanical engineering background
- Advanced computer literacy skills in MS Excel/Word and Outlook
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to translate and read technical schematics and diagrams.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be available to work after hours on an ad hoc basis.
- Must be available to travel nationally/internationally when needed or required
Duties
- Service & repair systems to full working capacity.
- Assess, repair, service & provide reports on a wide range of equipment.
- Delivery/Installation and commissioning of new equipment within company’s range.
- Re-builds and commissioning of existing equipment within company’s range
- Perform annual maintenance services on demo equipment.
- Complete quality field actions and provide reports.
- Maintain and follow warranty processes and procedures for all intended repairs.
