SUMMARY:

Front of House/Reservations

• ⁠ ⁠Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
• ⁠ ⁠Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out)
• ⁠ ⁠Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• ⁠ ⁠Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences
• ⁠ ⁠Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
• ⁠ ⁠Perform general front desk administrative duties
