SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Guide and Front of House COUPLE
Market related salary depending on qualifications and experience.
Manage and host guests throughout their stay.
POSITION INFO:
Front of House/Reservations
-â â Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
-â â Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
-â â Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information
-â â Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out)
-â â Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
-â â Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services
-â â Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences
-â â Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
-â â Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
-â â Perform general front desk administrative duties
Prior hospitality or lodge experience is advantageous.
Guide / Ranger

-â â Bush Walks, Game Drives, Hosting a must
