Junior Coordinator – Fabrics and Textiles

SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and growing business in the fabrics and textiles industry, is looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior Coordinator to join their team in Mount Edgecombe.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the fabrics or digital print industry and possess exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production schedules and order tracking for fabric and textile orders.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, timelines, and any custom requests.
• Liaise with the design, cutting, and printing teams to ensure workflow accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality check orders to ensure standards are met before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, samples, and customer specifications.
• Assist with coordinating deliveries and managing timelines.
• Support the senior team with project planning and execution.

• Previous experience working in a fabrics, textiles, or digital print company is essential.
• Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail – this is non-negotiable.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
