SUMMARY:
Our client specialising in organisational development with commitment to enhancing both individual and business performance is looking for a strategic and proactive Junior Consultant to join their team and anchor delivery excellence across practices.

POSITION INFO:
The role involves leading the planning and delivery of impactful client projects, contributing to solutions and content development, and managing key client relationships. As a Junior Consultant you will act as project lead across various clients and initiatives, serve as trusted advisors, and ensure outstanding project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Duties:

Lead and manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Develop project plans, reports, and documentation, oversee resources and project financials, and confidently present solutions to clients
Act as the main client contact, building strong relationships, clarifying expectations, and contributing to proposals and solution design
Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless results, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their professional growth
Focus on delivering excellence that drives long-term client satisfaction and repeat business

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
University degree (or equivalent)
Postgraduate degree (Advantageous)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in organisational development (change management, coaching, team effectiveness, culture, etc.)
Consulting firm background (Advantageous)

Skills & Competencies:

Proactive and Strategic Thinking
Strong project/programme management skills in diverse client environments
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
