Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a confident and driven Junior Business Development Sales Representative who is eager to grow their career in sales.

This role is focused on proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

1â2 yearsâ sales experience
Valid driverâs license and own reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to build relationships and understand client requirements
Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM exposure beneficial)

DUTIES:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct client visits to understand needs and present suitable packaging solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
Support senior sales team members with administrative and client-related tasks
Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
