This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a Degree in Law and essential experience in Commercial Law and Insolvency Law. The successful candidate must be computer literate and possess strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Law.
• Experience in Commercial Law and Insolvency Law is essential.
• Computer literate.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Commercial Law and Insolvency Law.
• Excellent legal drafting skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Handle commercial law and insolvency matters from inception to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Consult with clients and provide legal advice.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, notices, and correspondence.
• Appear in court where required.
• Attend consultations, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, sheriffs, correspondents, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage legal files and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Assist senior attorneys with complex legal matters.
• Monitor developments in relevant legislation and case law.
• Ensure high standards of client service and professional conduct.
