Junior Administrator

SUMMARY:
The purpose of the position is to manage the control of stock, assist management with stock takes and maintain the inventory computer based system.

Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

• Matric
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
• Must be hardworking and dedicated.
• Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
• Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
• Must be willing to work shifts.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Own transport preferable
• Computer skills and experience is critical.

• Maintains a company’s inventory, replenishing items according to business needs andimplementing purchases, audits, and transfers.
• Maintains purchase and pricing reports, replenishes stock levels, and oversees internalstock transfers.
• Prepare source documents by compiling and sorting information according to specificinstructions provide.
• Verify the accuracy of data from designated sources before entering it into the system.
• Locate and correct any visible data errors by confirming their integrity with supervisors.
• Punch information into predesignated databases or systems and double check theinformation to make sure it has been accurately punched in
• Take and service orders for data updating and deletion by carefully and meticulouslyfollowing orders.
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents and transcribe given informationinto electronic formats.
• Check all completed work for accuracy and change any field that requires editing.
• Delete incorrectly posted or obsolete data and re-enter the correct information.
• Identify, label, and organize electronic storage media and ensure that both security andconfidentiality are maintained on a constant basis.
