SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Junior Administrative Clerk to join our client based in Sebenza, Edenvale. Great opportunity for future growth through internal training in Bookkeeping Processes and Pastel Partner Accounting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Assisting the current Bookkeeper with any administrative tasks required, such as filing, scanning, phoning, emailing, typing etc.
Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments.
Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.
Communicating with Customers and Suppliers regarding statements, invoices and accounts.
Working closely with all departments within the Company to ensure smooth process flow of information and product delivery.
Future growth through internal training in Bookkeeping processes and Pastel Partner Accounting.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Valid Driver’s License and own transport.
An understanding of accounting and financial principles would be beneficial.
At least 6 months of experience in an office administration environment,
Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
