We are a growing, dynamic company based in Pretoria East, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is eager to pursue their SAIPA articles, including those who are currently studying towards a relevant qualification. POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting functions
Capture and reconcile financial transactions
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end procedures
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist with VAT submissions and other statutory requirements
Support senior accountants with general accounting duties
Liaise with clients and internal departments when required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Currently studying or intending to study towards an accounting qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Accounting)
Strong interest in pursuing SAIPA articles
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
