Overview – Permanent Role

This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background and a keen interest in investments, client engagement, and financial markets. Successful candidates will be part of a structured development journey, gaining deep industry knowledge and building a long-term career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client service across various communication channels
Respond to and resolve client queries accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Apply investment knowledge to support client needs and queries
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Participate in ongoing training and development throughout the programme
Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and operational processes

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors of Commerce or Business Science degree (Specialisations/majors in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management / related fileds)
Minimum 65% academic average
Less than 2 years of work experience
Interest in investments / financial markets
