SUMMARY:
Our clients within the Corporate Finance, Advisory, Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Financial Services sectors are continuously looking to engage with ambitious Junior Corporate Finance Analysts who are eager to build their careers in high-performance finance environments.

POSITION INFO:
We are keen to connect with analytically strong professionals who are passionate about transactions, valuations, financial modelling, and strategic advisory work.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting with mergers & acquisitions and transaction advisory projects
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Conducting company valuations and financial analysis
- Preparing pitch decks, presentations, and investment memorandums
- Performing market and industry research
- Supporting due diligence processes
- Analysing financial statements and business performance
- Assisting senior team members on live transactions and client engagements

Ideal candidates typically possess:
- BCom Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or related qualification
- Honours degree, CFA progress, or FMVA advantageous
- 1–3 years’ experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Audit, Valuations, or Investment Banking
- Strong Excel, analytical, and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
