Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Showroom Team in closing deals with clients
Telephonic canvassing
Customer service
Ensuring Client Satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years showroom sales experience preferably in the construction/tiling industry
A flair for design and creativity
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Negotiating skills
Computer literate
Ability to meet set monthly targets
History of excellent customer service is mandatory
Own transport and valid driver's license
Matric qualification
Multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive, hands-on, proactive, and accountable approach
Team player with attention to detail and good etiquette
