Basic Salary: Negotiable from R15 000 to R25 000 based on qualifications, skills & experience.

POSITION INFO:
Your Role
 
In this exciting role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our Germiston branch. You will assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries to help the branch hit its targets. The company offers fantastic training, great team support, and excellent opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
 
Job Description
 

• Help walk-in customers select the right welding products.
• Provide fast and accurate price quotes over the phone and email.
• Show customers extra items like safety wear and useful accessories.
• Keep the showroom shelves tidy and well-stocked.
• Answer basic technical questions about different welding tools.
• Work together with the delivery team to ensure orders leave on time.
• Update customer details on the computer database.

• Previous experience selling industrial gases or welding equipment.
• Experience dealing with buyers from engineering or construction sectors.
• At least two years of experience working in a counter sales environment.
• A friendly, helpful attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Great communication skills to build trust with local clients.
