A well-established South African manufacturer and supplier of labelling, packaging, and printing solutions is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join its growing sales team.

Internal Sales Representative. (Labelling & Packaging), Kempton Park, Gauteng, Salary: R15,000 plus Commission.

A well-established South African manufacturer and supplier of labelling, packaging,  and printing solutions is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join its growing sales team.

Sales & Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and availability.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
• Liaise with production and logistics teams regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
• Support the external sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the ERP/CRM system.

Product & Technical Support

• Develop a strong understanding of the company''s product portfolio.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable labelling, packaging and barcode solutions.
• Stay informed on industry developments, market trends and competitor activities.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

The successful candidate will be involved in selling a diverse range of products and services, including:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• At least 5 years’ Internal Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Experience within one or more of the following industries:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working on ERP or CRM systems.
• Exposure to CRM systems  and Syspro ERP will be highly advantageous.
