Our client, a leading organization committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, is seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Representative to support their expanding footprint in Gauteng.

What You'll Do:

Manage customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates
Process sales orders and maintain precise customer records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and market research activities
Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives
Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication with clients

Requirements:

Between 3 to 6 years of sales experience
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in R and C programming languages
Excellent relationship management abilities
Experience with order processing
Proven sales capabilities
Exceptional customer service skills

Familiarity with the following:

Manufacturing and mining industry environments
