Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 basic (plus commission)

Overview:

Our client, a well-established player in the technical/refrigeration industry, is seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their Nelspruit branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in and telephonic customers, promoting product ranges, and supporting overall branch sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers by accurately identifying their product needs
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Educate customers on product range, services, and warranties
• Support overall branch sales and customer service delivery
• Monitor and analyse market trends to stay competitive
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical or sales-related environment (refrigeration preferred)
• Refrigeration product knowledge (advantageous)

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong technical industry knowledge with existing networks (advantageous)
• Basic business and commercial understanding
• Hands-on technical ability
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
