Essentials to qualify are good Internal Sales Management experience, a stable work record, staff management, experience on an ERP system and FMCG background. You will also need a drivers licence and a reliable vehicle. Company offers good benefits and market related remuneration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Male or Female, bilingual in English & Afrikaans
Age 35 years plus
Good Internal Sales Management experience required – no job hopping – need 3-4 years’ experience at one job
Must have managed a team of internal sales assistants
Experience in PPE advantageous, but not necessary, but FMCG experience is essential
Must have drivers’ licence, own car, good health, presentable, computer literate.
Must have good experience with a recognised ERP system (Sage, Pastel, Palladium etc)

Role and responsibilities:

Managing an internal sales team of 6 assistants
Work together with the Warehouse Managers, External Sales Manager and Reps
Dealing with Customers
Report into the GM of the company
