POSITION INFO:
A renowned engineering firm is searching for a driven Internal Sales Coordinator to focus on their lab equipment range. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on the full sales cycle – from negotiating the deal to ensuring every detail is delivered and followed up.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Technical qualification (chemical, mechanical, or similar) AND/OR proven experience in internal sales for lab or scientific equipment
Technical aptitude – ability to understand basic engineering or laboratory principles
Strong client service orientation and professional communication skills
Ability to manage quotations, orders, and follow-ups with precision
Confident in working independently and managing multiple client requests

Job Experience & Skills Required

Handle inbound enquiries, prepare quotes, and assist with pricing negotiations
Follow up on quotes and turn prospects into successful orders
Liaise with procurement, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
Provide aftersales support and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain CRM systems, generate sales reports, and assist external reps when needed
Work closely with the product specialists to stay current on technical details and product capabilities
