SUMMARY:
A dynamic organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ an Internal Sales Representative with 5 years’ experience in a Technical Environment

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
5 years’ experience in a similar role
MS Office & SAGE Pastel
Strong administrative and organizational skills

Sales Support

Provide administrative and operational support to the external sales team.
Assist with the preparation of sales quotations and proposals.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders where possible.

Customer Service

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Ensure prompt response to customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

Order Management

Capture and process orders on the internal system.
Liaise with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor order status and keep customers updated on progress.

Sales Administration

Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Generate sales reports and assist with tracking sales targets.
Update CRM systems and maintain database accuracy.

Collaboration

Work closely with the external sales representatives to support business development initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Assist with stock availability checks and product sourcing where necessary.
