SUMMARY:
Opportunity for Internal Sales / Customer Service administrator to join dynamic team in Northern Suburbs. You will work with well-established household brands in a fast-paced and professional environment, gaining valuable exposure across customer service, sales administration and operations

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualification in Administrating/Marketing - Beneficial
Good computer skills (Syspro an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately
Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding orders, pricing, specifications and delivery requirements
Capture and verify customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate before processing
Liaise closely with Account Executives/Account Manager, Production, Planning, Quality and Logistics to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
Monitor orders and proactively follow up on outstanding issues or delays
Handle customer queries and resolve problems efficiently
Maintain accurate customer and order information
Assist the sales team with pricing, quotations, order status and customer requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive service
Manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
