SUMMARY:
Our client, a market leader in waste management across South Africa, is dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for every type of waste stream.
With services ranging from hazardous waste and liquid treatment to food waste recycling and composting.
They are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team at the Port Elizabeth branch.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in managing existing client relationships, handling sales queries, and supporting operational success from within.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned portfolio of house accounts effectively and accurately
Handle incoming client queries and sales leads, quoting as required
Act as a liaison between clients and operations, including booking services and resolving issues
Manage tender processes from start to finish
Monitor and maintain commodity pricing, conducting market visits quarterly
Maintain and update all client contracts, reports, and internal documentation
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve client satisfaction
Support the Depot and Sales Managers with accurate monthly reports and sales data

Requirements:

Matric (Senior Certificate)
Computer literate – especially with Microsoft Office
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or client service environment
Relevant tertiary education in sales/marketing (advantageous)
Valid Code 8 driver’s license
