Internal Sales Administrator - Kempton Park - Food industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Excellent telephone etiquette.
Previous Internal Sales experience.
Well-spoken and very fluent in English.
Computer literate: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills is imperative.
Must have previously worked on Pastel Evolution.
Attention to detail and report compilation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. (Extremely important)
Excellent communicator with fellow co-workers and team player.
Ability to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities:

Phoning and Capturing of all sales orders in the system.
Report compilation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on sales volumes, prices, promotions and returns.
Processing and printing and checking of sales Invoices daily.
Compile a production/stock shortage recon for the Processing facility.
Ensure that all customers orders are placed based on the following days route plan and that promotions are loaded.
Ensure that the picking list are received on time by the Dispatch Manager.
Assist the external Sales Representatives with administration functions.
Assist with processing of credit notes or any other administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
Must be able to work every second weekend and then get 2 days off in week
Essential:
Must have strong Excel skills
Must have sales administration, order taking experience
Well spoken, good energy levels
Must be able to work every second weekend
