JOB DESCRIPTION:

National company is looking for a dynamic, energetic and goal orientated Internal Sales Co-Ordinator.

Requirements:

Matric
Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English and Afrikaans)
Customer service orientation
Proficiency in Syspro essential
Excellent data capturing and invoicing skills
Strong listening and sales skills
Ability to achieve targets
Building relationships
Excellent planning & organizing abilities and the ability to multi task
Understanding customer needs and requirements

Duties:

Telephonic and walk in orders/ sales
Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases
Efficient processing of their orders (quotes, invoice, delivery notes etc.)
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Explaining of products and services
