SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking an Internal Sales Clerk, to join their team in Chamdor, Krugersdorp, West Rand, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Internal Sales Clerk
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Location: Chamdor, Krugersdorp, West Rand, Gauteng
Salary: Market Related Salary

The purpose of the position is to assist customers with the requests for orders, quotations and lead times by fax, telephone or email in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask the activities with shifting priorities. Highly energetic, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Creative thinking. Should be honest, assertive and systematic.

Requirements - Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary qualification in office administration.
Advanced computer skills.
Syspro
2 years customer service experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with enquiries, quotations and sales related queries via fax, telephone or email.
Loading of sales orders into Syspro.
Processing of sales invoices and invoicing of spares.
Expediting of spares for despatch to customers.
Lead time update and expediting back orders on behalf of customers.
Provide customer feedback.
Assist with cash sales.
Liaise with Buying and Manufacturing regarding spares.
Client enquiries and problem solving.
Sales administration.
Invoicing of timesheets and service reports.
Breakdown and call out cost recovery.
Assist on switchboard as and when required.
