Internal Sales Clerk - R25k pm - Waltloo, PTA - 3 month contract to perm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading international manufacturer of designer bathroom products urgently needs a competent candidate to join them! The Internal Sales Clerk will carry out the internal sales function so that orders are processed, deliveries scheduled and customers assisted resulting in an excellent and cost-effective service.
The responsibility of this position includes receive and process of orders, Plan and schedule deliveries, Liaise with customers, Communicate with production and management, Maintaining customer records. Reporting to the Warehouse manager, your key responsibility will be to:

* Receive and process orders
* Plan & Schedule deliveries
* Handle Customer relations
* Communicate with production & management

Requirements:
• Gr 12 / Matric with a pass in Maths and/or Accounting
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• 3 - 5 years sales / customer service experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
• General admin skills
• Experience in NetSuite would be advantageous
• Valid code 08 & own transport
• Stable track record in a similar role with good references
• Ability to start immediately
