SUMMARY:
Glenwood. Opportunity exists for hardworking, meticulous Internal Sales Administrator with at least one-year internal sales experience and strong administrative skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily and monthly sales report for management
Ensure newsletters and marketing material are generated and correctly processed
Co-ordinate with the Finance department, daily and monthly sales report
Manage pipeline
Present weekly meetings to review weekly sales and strategy update
Ensure targeted number of applications are sent through every month
Managing and co-ordinating workshops and presentations
Ensure all client queries are attended to immediately
Ensure the renewal list clients have been notified well in advance
Meet with Consultants monthly
Ensure all administration requirements for acceptance of application are complete

Requirements:

Minimum Matric
At least one-year internal sales experience
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle essential
