Internal Sales Administrator

Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, the purpose of the position is to provide a point of contact for customers, for queries about products, orders, deliveries, and to liaise with the warehouse for dispatch.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 previous Internal Exports/Sales experience, within a strong administration role
• Excellent interpersonal, people/customer service skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good numeracy skills is essential
• Computer literacy – SAP & Microsoft office – Outlook/Excel/Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which includes telephone etiquette
• Good time management & the ability to prioritize, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to communicate in Afrikaans will be beneficial;
