SUMMARY:
An audit firm in Bellville is looking for an Internal Recruiter to assist with all recruitment of staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate internal and external recruitment
Coordinate with HR manager / partner to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks such as DittoHire)
Drafting job specifications
Sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting interviews (including screening calls and in-person interviews)
Reference checking
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant throughout the recruitment life cycle from the application stage to offer
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates
Career fairs, job shadow, and vacation work program
Propose salary calculations for the following year
Onboarding of new employees
Employment and salary confirmation of trainee accountants
Compile personnel files
Assist students with VISA or permanent residency applications
Assist the trainee accountants with registration for the board examinations
Manage the academic progress of the trainee accountants
Approval of study leave for trainee accountants
Liaison with the different universities
Liaison with the marketing manager regarding paid advertising and social media
Sourcing of marketing material (Banners, flyers, collateral)

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12
HR qualification
Previous recruitment experience
Recruitment experience in an audit/accounting firm
Experience with Greatsoft sofware
Excellent communication and people skills
