Internal Account Manager – ICT Solutions

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of business clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's business and technology environment.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that add genuine value.
• Confidently recommend new technologies and services based on client needs.
• Maintain regular proactive contact with your client base rather than waiting for clients to reach out.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
• Follow up after support tickets have been resolved to ensure clients are satisfied and issues have been fully addressed.
• Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within your existing customer portfolio.
• Encourage client referrals and identify opportunities that can be handed over to the new business team.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 4 years' experience as an Account Manager within the ICT / Telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience managing existing client accounts rather than primarily hunting for new business.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets through account growth, upselling and cross-selling.
• Strong customer service background with a genuine passion for looking after clients.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
