Intern: Service Operation Assistant

POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

The Service Data Analyst supports after-sales operations by collecting, analysing, and reporting on service performance data. This role plays a key part in identifying trends, improving service processes, and supporting operational efficiency through data-driven insights and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

I. Service Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and analyse after-sales service data (e.g., repair volumes, AFR, defect rates, response times)
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
Monitor key performance indicators such as first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, and response time
Identify data anomalies and support root cause analysis

II. Service Process Optimisation & Project Support

Participate in initiatives to improve after-sales service processes and reduce operational costs
Support special projects (e.g., AFR improvement, quality enhancement, system implementation)
Assist in developing and standardising operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines
Track project progress and report on outcomes

III. General Support

Manage documentation, reporting, and meeting minutes
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up on action items
Support issue resolution and ensure timely closure
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management
