Kempton Park, Gauteng, Industrial, Mining, FMCG, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors, R45 000 to R55 000 CTC.

The Role: Inland Sales Manager
This role exists to blend high-level key account management with aggressive new business development to drive revenue across multiple sectors. It contributes to the business by managing a territory responsible for approximately 60% of total company turnover. The main focus areas include strategic growth, team leadership, and securing new customers and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with 5–8 years of proven B2B sales leadership experience.

• Develop and execute regional growth plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Identify and secure new customers, projects, and specification selling into OEMs.

• Nurture relationships with strategic customers, focusing on upselling, margin improvement, and retention.

• Coach and manage the team by setting clear KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipelines.

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure service excellence.

About You

• 5–8 years of proven B2B sales leadership experience.

• Background in Industrial, Mining, FMCG, Engineering, or Technical product sectors.

• Hunter profile with demonstrated success in new business acquisition and team management.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen.

• Resilient, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable.

• Valid driver’s license.
