SUMMARY:
Well Established Company based in Sandton is in need of an Imports Administrator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in a Supply Chain environment would be ideal.
Min of 4 years of freight experience. (Sea / Air)
Must know Incoterms 2020.
Computer literate, with a high level of proficiency in the use of an inventory management system such as SAP.
Knowledge with Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
Ability to multitask and manage numerous jobs at the same time.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility and endurance, as well as the capacity to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities would also include:

Responsible for taking client orders and handling them all the way through planning and shipment using planning scenarios.
See that consumer orders are filled.
Create opportunities for cost-cutting, price reductions, and better operating procedures.
In charge of contacting suppliers for order management and other commercial inquiries.
Have to assist with short supply or incorrect supply of goods.

Package: R20 000 per month Including benefits
