POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

We are looking for a junior IT support engineer to join our team. The required candidate will be required to have a minimum of 1-2 years experience with the following
Basic TCP/IP Networking
Basic Firewall knowledge including how to troubleshoot firewall related issues
Knowledge on how to manage Office 365 environment
Windows 7/8/10 management and troubleshooting experience
Ability to work on a helpdesk with logging of all support tickets
Strong ability to document info and support work through helpdesk systems
Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot IT problems in a time-sensitive manner
Sourcing of hardware for customers
Generate and follow up on quotes
Provide first line support assistance
Must have completed an A+ & N+
Must have own transport

The position is client facing and requires a well-presented logical person with the ability to build on client relationships. The incumbent will also be required to cross and upsell IT solutions to customers.

We are ideally looking for a candidate that can think on their feet, manage their own time and work accurately and efficiently while managing customer’s expectations
