IT Technician Gauteng, Johannesburg Prospects- R15,000.00 Ã¢Â€Â“ R17,000.00 per month Calling on all IT Technician with experience working in a Warehouse environment. Job & Company Description: A client in the Rental & Asset Management Industry is looking for an IT Technician to join their team. You will provide support, upgrades, build, deployment and maintenance of laptops and PCÃ¢Â€Â™s.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Apple MAC OS knowledge, including Repairs.
Setting up drivers, installing and configuring OS
QC on assessed and prepared equipment.
Onsite assessment & data erasure as and when required.
BIOS update across various OEM’s including laptop, desktops, and all related assets.
Strip, Clean and Rebuild returned assets before assessment.

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in a related IT Hardware repairs & quality control environment.
CompTIA A+ / N+
CompTIA Server+ will be advantageous
Software knowledge on Windows 7 & 10 Including MS Office.
Solid Hardware knowledge across various OEM brands laptop/PC/tablet devices
