SUMMARY:
Ballito. Rapidly growing leaders in the Logistics and Petroleum industries seeks competent IT Systems Administrator with at least 1 - 4 years relevant experience and a Tertiary Degree, or Technical qualification, from a reputable institution.

POSITION INFO:

Working knowledge of the following systems is essential:

Microsoft 365 + Azure
CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
MS Server or Desktop Systems
Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

Responsibilities:

Looking after users and infrastructure in the KZN area
Recording and managing of IT assets in the business
Engaging with 3rd party vendors for service delivery
Actioning IT Procurement requests
Ensuring that Governance is applied and followed for all change controls
Determine network and system requirements
Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
Assign configuration of authentication and authorisation of directory services
First level user support (creating users, resetting passwords, access levels, file interface validation, etc.) across all clients
General desktop support including printing setups, office, and application support
Troubleshooting of computers, physically and remotely
Cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS and Azure
