RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess, diagnose, and repair IT Hardware and related equipment.
• Desktop repairs – Hardware troubleshooting & repairs to desktop systems.
• Accurately diagnose and assess repair required.
• Complete component testing, completing repairs and/or replacements as required.
• Diagnose and complete Notebook, Mobile and Tablet phone repairs.
• Conduct Peripheral testing for vendor escalation including printers, digital cameras and CCTV.
• Conduct Software recovery & repairs (including all OS’s).
• Troubleshoot communications devices including network LAN’s and WAN’s.
• Maintain job card updates.
• Provide and manage customer feedback on repairs.
• Provide both telephonic and on-site support to customers and managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years of IT technical experience.
• Sound understanding of networking.
• Solid Windows operating system (OS) knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of Windows processing hardware.
• Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in a customer services environment will be an advantage.
• Must have own driver’s license.
• Local and Interprovincial travel.
