Requirements:

A minimum of a Diploma or NQF Level 6 in Information Technology or related field.
Up to 3 years’ experience in IT user support.
Microsoft Desktop Support Administrator certification.
MCSE – Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification.
ITIL Practitioner certification.
ISO27001 Information Security Management certification.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across the organisation.
Manage and resolve user queries end-to-end within SLA timelines.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
Support onboarding by setting up equipment for new employees.
Maintain and repair system applications to ensure usability.
Update IT service management systems and track support progress.
Adhere to ITIL processes and asset management policies.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
Provide after-hours standby support on a rotational basis.
