IT Recruiter | Hybrid | Midrand | 3-Month Contract

Are you an experienced IT Recruiter who enjoys finding great technical talent and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers?
A leading Insurance company is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

POSITION INFO:
What we are looking for:

â Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting within the IT space.
â Strong understanding of IT terminology and technical roles.
â Experience recruiting across Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cyber Security, Data, Business Analysis and related technologies.
â Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer stage.
â Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage top technical talent.
â Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What is on offer:
3-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
Hybrid working model.
Offices based in Dainfern - Midrand.
