The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing first-line support on all network connections, application support, user support while project managing the implementation of new applications from head office. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of +- 5 years’ experience in IT Management.  
• Must have EXTENSIVE OFFICE 365 and EXCHANGE experience / experience with Mac is essential.
• Must have good knowledge and experience with user device support.

Duties include:

Manage local support team with:

• All network connection problems (WAN/LAN); Wireless / Wired / Vodaphone (Firewall, switch, Wi-Fi).
• All Applications; Microsoft Office, Apple Mail, Converting documents, filmmaker,, RDC and other.
• First contact point for users with questions / IT related incidents by phone and by mail.
• Offer support on any kind of questions/issue''s users have/experience i.e., Colour prints, Winmail.dat files.
• Lead the technology strategic planning & execution.
• Develop and lead the cross-functional portfolio management process.
• Support Project Delivery within the portfolio.
• Manage the local Tech team, tech operations and the tech budget.
• Manage the Infrastructure services and support.
• Ensure end user technology compliance.
• Manage the IT Service Desk.
• Follow up alerts and take immediate action if required.
• Follow Up Issue Tracker.
• Manage country OU and ensure it is aligned with global directory.
• Ensure users license management.
• Monitor Health Status and ensure issue are reported with in SLA.
• Manage Office 365 Power automation
• Manage Office 365 SharePoint list.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Degree in IT
