SUMMARY:
Our IT Recruitment desk is looking for a Tech All-Rounder to work closely with their Head of IT & Digital. - Claremont, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

This is far more than a traditional IT support role. One day you could be troubleshooting a network or computer issue; the next you could be working on a website, taking product photographs, assisting with Google Ads, or helping with security and camera systems.

You''ll receive hands-on mentorship, real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to grow into a role shaped around your strengths and interests.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day IT support across networks, hardware and devices
• Supporting websites, Google profiles and social media
• Assisting with SEO, Google Ads, paid advertising and print media
• Taking photographs and creating content
• Troubleshooting security systems, alarms, cameras and connectivity
• Moving between sites and getting involved in practical problem-solving

What We''re Looking For

• Comfortable with computers, networks and everyday technology
• A logical thinker with strong troubleshooting instincts
• A fast learner who enjoys being taught new things

• Someone who would rather solve problems than sit behind a desk all day
• Strong in English communication
• In possession of a valid driver''s licence & own reliable transport

Formal IT qualifications are welcome but are not essential — aptitude, attitude and a genuine interest in technology matter more.

Advantageous Experience

Any exposure to the following would be beneficial:

• WordPress or other website platforms
• Basic photography or video
• Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO
• CCTV, alarms or access-control systems
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
