JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an ISP Sales Admin Assistant to join their team.

Requirements

Matric or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of Internal Sales experience required within the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Excellent time management
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of Products/Services - Connectivity, Fibre, Cloud, VOIP & Hosting Services
Own vehicle essential

Duties

Compile quotes/proposals and contracts for various ISP services
Process all ISP sales orders with relevant upstream provider or supplier
Follow up on orders and regular updates to clients
Renewal of client’s contracts upon expiration
Conduct feasibility from Vendors for new Business
Responding, assigning and closing of tickets
Add new clients and maintain the monthly Billing
Sourcing and Ordering of necessary components for solutions sold
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing clients
Monthly monitoring and reporting of client contract renewal dates, and renewal proposals
Logging of ISP support tickets
Timeous query / ticket resolution
Registration/Renewal of domains and SSL Certificates
