SUMMARY:
INVOICING / FINANCIAL ASSISTANT PRETORIA

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced INVOICING / FINANCIAL ASSISTANT for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!!

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant tertiary qualification/s an added advantage.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Pastel / Sage Evolution ESSENTIAL!

3+ yrs relevant working experience in a similar position.

Invoicing to clients (invoices and credit notes).

Assist with creditors reconciliations and allocations.

Basic bookkeeping (including bank reconciliations).

Assist in monthly financial reporting (expense reports, asset list updating, stock take, etc).

Prepare documents for banks and other institutions.

Other financial tasks as required.

Accounts payable experience will be highly beneficial.

Position involves capturing, postings, allocations, reports.
