INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

POSITION INFO:

I urgently require an Inventory Supervisor and have attached the detailed roles and responsibilities for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control & Accuracy: Maintain accurate WMS records, monitor stock levels, and investigate/resolve variances.
• Stock Reconciliation & Cycle Counts: Manage cycle counts and stock takes, analyse discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock movements.
• Warehouse Inventory Operations: Oversee put-away, picking, location management, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Team Supervision: Lead and support inventory staff, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to processes and standards.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare inventory reports, track KPIs, and highlight risks such as damages or slow-moving stock.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with operations, clients, and internal teams on all inventory-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse/inventory control, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong WMS experience and reporting capability.
• Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Key Skills:
Inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, warehouse operations, reporting (strong Excel), and team leadership.
