SUMMARY:
A busy reseller of carbon and alloys steels requires an experienced internal sales person to join their dynamic sales team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

  • 3 or more years’ recent sales experience reselling of Carbon and Alloy Steels including Bronze & Copper and other special steels,is essential and not negotiable
  • Computer literate
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Able to close deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good telephone and communication skills
  • Reside in or around the Boksburg Area
  • Reliable transport
  • A stable work record and have contactable references

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact daily with Customers telephonically
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Assist Customers with their selections
  • Process and follow up on orders
  • Cold call for new business
  • Offer technical advice
