SUMMARY:
Internal Sales vacancy in the Jet Park, Boksburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Internal Sales Representative with experience selling construction products to the industry or similar industries such as power tools, abrasives, etc.

Process sales orders, buy-outs, credit noties and pricing approvals.
Support external sales reps with customer queries, stock availability queries and lead times.
Service walk-in clients with sales, product info and quotes.
Order buy-out items through inventory department
Communication and liaise with various departments includin but not limited to: Accounts, Manufacturing, Inventory and warehousing.
Follow up on quotes weekly or as requested
Load waybills and liaise with couriers on collection and deliveries.
Compiles weekly reports on back orders and quotes
Maintain excellent customer service levels across all channels
Opening and closing of office

Requirements:

Experience working in a technical or construction related product sales support and administration
Knowledge of logistics, exports and order processing
Proficiency in Syspro and MS Office
Excellent communication skills, organizational and administrative skills
