JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for 14 High Pressure supervisors to be based in Sasolburg.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Instruct, provide feedback, direct and assist crews in performance of job duties;
Prior to starting jobs, read work orders, ensure all required equipment is available and operational, and inspect equipment and general work area, correcting any deficiencies;
Train Technicians and Operators in equipment operation, service line processes and necessary paperwork;
Safely operate all necessary equipment in service line, including chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, and vacuum equipment;

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 plus years of High pressure experience within the industrial cleaning industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred;
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability in people management;
Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in service line, as well as mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting equipment preferred;
Airline Master Training will be advantageous;
Preference will be given to candidates with valid induction (ready to work). The 14 supervisors will be divided between sites once CV’s are received and client will allocate individuals to each site to ensure SWIFT can continue with booking and badging accordingly;
Clear criminal record;
Applicable Certificates verified;
